Instructor Portfolio

Ever since I was in art school I had admired my instructors for being so smart and sharing real world experiences in my now chosen career of Graphic Design. I only dreamed of wanting to be like them.
Several years out of college, I was given an opportunity to teach a college course. What turned out to be one course then grew to love being that mentor/leader for 19 years. I taught beginner to advanced graphic design courses at Oakland Community College, Farmington Hills, Michigan by mentoring future design students and being able to inspire them through my own work experiences. Many of the courses taught ranged from fundamental design, software based (beginner to advanced), branding and portfolio. I know through all this I have made a difference in many students’ lives not only personally but as a career choice.
